Those with affected cranksets will receive a free replacement that should be installed by a certified bike repair technician at their chosen bike shop. Consumers will receive reimbursement via check for the crank replacement costs once they submit the repair receipt. woom is proactively contacting all known purchasers to clearly and professionally communicate the necessary corrective actions.
