Consumers are advised to immediately discontinue use of the 2024 Arctic Cat Mountain 600 Snowmobile. As a precautionary measure, they should contact their local authorized Arctic Cat dealer to arrange for a complimentary inspection of the steering column u-joint. During this inspection, the dealer will check the steering post joint pin. If the pin is properly swagged, no further action is necessary. However, if the pin is found to be improperly swagged, the dealer will replace the entire steering post assembly at no charge. This measure ensures the continued safety and performance of the snowmobile. Consumers are encouraged to take prompt action to facilitate these checks and repairs, ensuring their snowmobile is in optimal condition.
