Segway Ninebot has announced a recall for certain KickScooter models due to safety concerns. This recall specifically pertains to the KickScooter model P100S, manufactured in 2023. Units affected by this recall are identified by serial numbers containing date codes 2308 or higher, such as xxxxx2308xxxxx, xxxx2310xxxxx, and xxxxx2311xxxxx. To locate the serial number, consumers should check the left side of the KickScooter. The design and features of the recalled product include a black and gray body with red accents and the Segway label positioned on the rear fender. Physically, the KickScooter measures 46 inches in length, 25 inches in width, 50 inches in height, and weighs approximately 72.5 pounds. Customers are advised to immediately stop using the affected scooters and contact Segway Ninebot for further guidance on corrective measures.
